What’s the best way to care for my item?
To keep your piece looking its best, we recommend gentle care. All embroidered apparel should be washed on a regular cycle in cold water, then laid flat to dry.
Can I return or exchange this item?
NO — Unfortunately since these are custom made; I cannot return or exchange them. I can accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within our return window of 7 days for items that are not custom made. Simply follow the instructions in your order confirmation email or visit our Returns page to begin the process.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we may eventually offer international shipping to many countries. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will appear at checkout based on your location once that's available.
